In un cosiddetto villaggio fantasma si trova un collegio per bambini talentuosi. Qui sta crescendo una generazione giovane e inquietantemente strana e un numero sterminato di commissioni e di squadre speciali è stato sguinzagliato a studiare da vicino quest’anomalia. Sullo sfondo di questi eventi appare un eroe che deve portare avanti la sua investigazione. Si tratta soltanto di un pretesto: in realtà questi è arrivato nel villaggio per salvare il proprio bambino.

A young and frighteningly strange generation is growing up there, an infinite number of commissions and special services have been sent in to closely scrutinize this anomaly.
