In the 23rd century, in a post-apocalyptic world all of the resources have become just as scarce as empathy. When Kaitou, a prowler and thief, steals a mysterious notebook from guard Kalina a relentless pursuit starts which heads them all through the dystopian world of an underground city and their self-destructive society.
