Nessun meteorite ha colpito la Terra, nessun attacco terroristico ha messo in pericolo il mondo, nessuna guerra atomica è scoppiata, eppure qualcosa è andato male. I contatti fra le diverse città del pianeta sono stati interrotti; solo un piccolo anello nell’Europa dell’Est ha ancora l’elettricità e dallo spazio si vedono forse segnali di vita. A small ring-like area in Eastern Europe still has electricity, and maybe even life is being reported from the Space. What military forces find outside the Ring is shocking.
