Tetsuo II condivide con il primo soltanto l’idea di base: la trasformazione di un uomo in mostro meccanico. Stavolta il protagonista è il signor Tsuniguchi che, per la rabbia e il dolore per l’uccisione del figlio, si tramuta in una macchina di morte pur di vendicare il suo assassinio.

The only thing that Tetsuo II shares with its prequel is the main concept: the mutation of a man into a mechanic monster. Only this time the main character is Mr Tsuniguchi, whose pain and anger, caused by the murder of his son, changes him into a murder-machine who only craves revenge for his son’s death.
