Michael è appena arrivato a Berlino per visitare la sua amata ex ragazza, Gabi, quando inizia a diffondersi un terribile virus che trasforma le persone in maniaci omicidi decerebrati. Giunto a casa di lei, non trova la ragazza ma Harper, un apprendista idraulico che sta eseguendo dei lavori nella palazzina. I due riescono a barricarsi in casa quando orde inferocite di persone infette iniziano a sciamare nell’edificio. Dovranno chiamare a raccolta tutta la loro ingegnosità per uscire da lì e andare a cercare Gabi.
Marvin Kren, nato nel 1980 a Vienna in Austria, dal 2000 lavora come assistente alla regia, come direttore della fotografia e produttore. Ha studiato presso l’European Economy and Business Management presso l’UAS di Vienna fino al 2005, e dal 2006 al 2008 ha frequentato il programma post-laurea in regia presso la Hamburg Media School. Rammbock è il suo film di debutto.

Right after Michael arrives in Berlin to visit his beloved ex-girlfriend Gabi, a terrible virus starts spreading rapidly across the city, turning people into mindless homicidal maniacs. To Michael’s concern, Gabi is not home. Instead, he meets Harper, a teenage plumber’s apprentice who is working in her apartment block. Together, they manage to barricade themselves in when raging hordes of infected people swarm the building. It will take all of their ingenuity to make their way out to try and find Gabi.
Marvin Kren, born 1980 in Vienna, Austria, worked as assistant director, cinematographer and producer since 2000. He studied European Economy and Business Management at the UAS Vienna until 2005, and later attended the Hamburg Media School postgraduate program in Directing from 2006 to 2008. Rammbock is Marvin Kren’s debut feature film.
