Ambientato nel futuro, anno 2010, la pellicola racconta delle vite di due adolescenti e delle loro esperienze con la droga, il gioco e la prostituzione. Le due ragazze, abbracciata la cultura della droga, passano il giorno a dormire e la notte a esplorare ogni aspetto del mondo del sesso e delle droghe chimiche. Set in a futuristic 2010, Luminal tells the story of two teenage girls and their relationship with drugs, gambling and prostitution. The two girls spend their days sleeping, saving the night to explore the world of sex and drugs. Young and naive,they become involved with a schizophrenic, who says he loves them, but sells them as sexual objects all the same.
