Nel pieno di un inverno lungo e aspro, un’intera città è stata lasciata senza voce. Mr. TV, un uomo malvagio e senza scrupoli, è l’unico proprietario delle immagini che mostrano e danno vita alla città, ma anche di un’estesa catena di prodotti che hanno il suo sigillo personale. Sta costruendo un piano sinistro e segreto per soggiogare per sempre tutte le anime che vivono là.

In the middle of a long harsh winter, a whole city has been left without a voice. Mr. TV, a wicked, ruthless man, is the sole owner of the images that illustrate and breathe life into the city, as well as of an extensive chain of products that bear his personal seal. He is implementing a sinister, secret plan to subjugate all of the souls who live there forever more.
