Uno scrittore si trova all’ospedale dopo aver tentato il suicidio. Appena dimesso, viene reclutato per un esperimento: fare un viaggio nel tempo, riportando fedelmente tutto ciò che gli accade. Lo scrittore viene così catapultato nel bel mezzo di una vacanza con la fidanzata, un anno prima, durante un’immersione. Eppure, qualcosa non va come previsto e frammenti di passato e presente prendono a susseguirsi in ordine fortuito.

A writer who attempted suicide is recruited for a time-traveling experiment after his hospital release. A mouse seems to have been successfully transported into the past for just a minute at a time, but a human subject will be needed to report on what really happens. The writer was sent to one year prior, at which time he was snorkeling on vacation with his girlfriend. Something goes wrong and the man flickers in and out of fragments of his past year in random order.
