Un amore più strano di King Kong
Schlock di John Landis, acuta satira in salsa fantascientifica della società dei consumi, vince l’Asteroide d’oro per l’edizione 1973. Ironizzando sui film di orrore e fantascienza, Landis evoca King Kong facendo innamorare lo scimmiesco Schlock della giovane Mindy.

A love stranger than King Kong
Schlock by John Landis, a sharp science fiction satire of consumer society, wins the Golden Asteroid for the 1973 edition. Ironically on horror and science fiction films, Landis evokes King Kong by making young Mindy fall in love with the simian Schlock.
