David Bradley is alone in space doing the least glamorous job in the space program. During a routine weather meter check, things go wrong and David gets disconnected from his ship, hurling through space without anyone to catch him. The theme of humanity vs. technology plays out with multiple interconnected stories before the world comes to a sudden end.
