Il capo della Freedom Inc. guida, attraverso un circuito televisivo, le imprese del super-eroe Mister Freedom, uno sceriffo americano che, per combattere il crimine, agisce in incognito indossando un variopinto costume. L’incarico che gli viene assegnato consiste nello sgominare le bande di “rossi” e cinesi che infestano le strade di Parigi e minacciano di rovesciare il potere. In una rapida successione di avventure folli, l’eroe applica alla lettera gli insegnamenti democratici che ha ricevuto, facendo terra bruciata intorno sè, ammazzando anarchici, comunisti, radicali, pacifisti, ignari malcapitati, ma suscitando per reazione una sollevazione popolare.

The head of Freedom Inc. leads the company of superhero Mister Freedom through a CCTV system. Mister Freedom is an American sherriff who fights crime while undercover in a multicoloured costume. The role he is assigned consists of defeating the groups of “Reds” and Chinese that infest the streets of Paris and threaten to overthrow the power. In a quick succession of crazy adventures, the hero follows the democratic instructions that he received to the letter, leaving a path of destruction wherever he goes, killing anarchists, communists, radicals, pacifists, ignorant bystanders, consequently instigating a civil uprising.
