Le date della 21ª edizione del Trieste Science+Fiction Festival

La ventunesima edizione del Trieste Science+Fiction Festival, il più importante evento italiano dedicato alla fantascienza e alle meraviglie del possibile organizzato e promosso dal Centro ricerche e sperimentazioni cinematografiche e audiovisive La Cappella Underground, si terrà dal 27 ottobre al 3 novembre 2021.

“La 21esima edizione del TS+FF è progettata per svolgersi con formula ibrida, in presenza e on-line – dichiara Daniele Terzoli, presidente de La Cappella Underground – con il ritorno del pubblico in presenza nelle sedi tradizionali del festival ma aperto anche alla partecipazione su web, dopo l’esperienza virtuale dell’anno scorso che ha portato a un deciso allargamento della fanbase su scala nazionale: un festival per il 21esimo secolo, disegnato secondo un modello “smart”, immaginato in funzione della nuova quotidianità e del mondo digitale, costruito su un’idea di sostenibilità e pensato per andare incontro alle esigenze di tutti gli spettatori.”

Il Trieste Science+Fiction Festival, con la conferma della partnership con MYmovies, si svolgerà infatti anche quest’anno in un’edizione ibrida, con modalità di partecipazione online e dal vivo in quattro diverse sale: la sala del Politeama Rossetti (con una platea da 960 posti), il Teatro Miela e il Cinema Ariston di Trieste, e la sala virtuale di MYmovies, sito leader in Italia nell’informazione cinematografica.

Le selezioni per i film e le opere candidate alle sezioni in concorso sono aperte e si chiuderanno in data 31 agosto 2021. Il Trieste Science+Fiction Festival è articolato nelle seguenti sezioni:

  - Premio Méliès d’argent, concorso per il miglior lungometraggio europeo di genere fantastico;
  - Premio Méliès d’argent, concorso per il miglior cortometraggio europeo di genere fantastico;
  - Spazio Italia, selezione di opere italiane di genere fantastico;
  - Retrospettive, programmi speciali e premi alla carriera;
  - Anteprime ed eventi speciali.
  - IlFantastic Film Forum, sezione industry per i professionisti del settore.

The twenty-first edition of the Trieste Science + Fiction Festival, the most important Italian event dedicated to science fiction and the wonders of what is possible, organized and promoted by the La Cappella Underground film and audiovisual research and experimentation center, will be held from 27 October to 3 November 2021.

“The 21st edition of TS + FF is designed to take place with a hybrid formula, in presence and online – declares Daniele Terzoli, president of La Cappella Underground – with the return of the public in presence in the traditional venues of the festival but also open to participation on the web, after the virtual experience of last year that led to a decisive expansion of the fanbase on a national scale: a festival for the 21st century, designed according to a “smart” model, conceived as a function of the new everyday life and the digital world , built on an idea of sustainability and designed to meet the needs of all spectators. “”

The Trieste Science + Fiction Festival, with the confirmation of the partnership with MYmovies, will in fact take place again this year in a hybrid edition, with online and live participation methods in four different rooms: the hall of Politeama Rossetti (with an audience 960 seats), the Miela Theater and the Ariston Cinema in Trieste, and the virtual room of MYmovies, the leading Italian site in film information.
