Nel piccolo villaggio di Saints-Martyrs-des-Damnés, nel Quebec, scompaiono misteriosamente delle persone. Raoul Bosh, direttore di un tabloid che si occupa di eventi bizzarri e soprannaturali, decide di mandare nel villaggio uno dei suoi giornalisti, Flavien Juste, e il suo fotografo Armand Despas, per investigare e scrivere riguardo agli strani accadimenti. Al loro arrivo nel villaggio, Flavien e Armand si registrano al Two Malvinas Lodge. Poco dopo, Armand si avventura fuori per fare qualche foto e improvvisamente scompare. Flavien si lancia in missione per ritrovare il suo amico: non si fermerà davanti a nulla, nonostante l’ostilità degli abitanti del villaggio, infastiditi dai nuovi arrivati che si immischiano nei loro affari.

In the small Quebec village of Saint Martyrs of the Damned, people are mysteriously disappearing. Raoul Bosh, editor of a tabloid newspaper that chronicles bizarre and supernatural events, decides to send one of his journalists, Flavien Juste, and his photographer, Armand Despas, to the village to investigate and write articles about the strange occurrences. Upon their arrival in the village, Flavien and Armand check into the Two Malvinas Lodge. Shortly after, Armand ventures outside to take some photos and he promptly disappears. Flavien embarks on a mission to find his friend. He will stop at nothing, despite the hostility of the villagers, who resent newcomers meddling in their business?
