Una ragazzina, scomparsa da un anno, viene ritrovata in un macello abbandonato. Emaciata, catatonica, non ricorda nulla della sua lunga reclusione. Durante la permanenza in ospedale stringe un rapporto molto stretto con un’altra ragazza, Anna. Gradualmente imparerà a vivere di nuovo. La sua terribile esperienza rimarrà un mistero insvelato.
