Michael and his big-boobed girlfriend go on a ‘plastic surgery holiday’ and end up in a shady hospital in Eastern Europe. Here Michael finds a woman, strapped onto a bed, wearing nothing but a muzzle. Michael wants to help and unties her. In turn, she tries to eat him. By unleashing this infected patient he starts a zombie breakout, and hell breaks loose. People get eaten alive and Michael now has to prove himself a worthy boyfriend, fighting off undead creatures that come crawling from the curiosity cabinet and performing life-saving surgery.
