Mark Gregory torna a interpretare Trash in un Bronx che è ancora più inospitale di prima. La Manhattan Corporation, sotto mentite spoglie, complotta per trasformare il Bronx in un quartiere residenziale alla moda: la gente che vi abita attualmente è costretta ad andarsene. Una squadra di sterminio chiamata “I Disinfestatori”, guidata da Wangler, è incaricata di sfrattare gli abitanti con ogni mezzo, incluso il lanciafiamme. Negli Usa il film è uscito con il titolo Ecape from the Bronx.

Mark Gregory returns as Trash and the Bronx is even worse off. The Manhattan Corporation, under a different name, plans on turning the Bronx into a fashionable high society neighborhood, which means all the people currently living there have to go. An extermination squad called “The Disinfesters” led by Wangler is assigned to remove the tenants by any means necessary, which usually includes a flame thrower. In the USA the film was released as Escape from the Bronx.
