[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text el_id=””]La terza edizione del Festival ha per film inaugurale Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster<\/strong> di Robert Gaffney, collaboratore di Stanley Kubrick; vince l\u2019Asteroide<\/em> Alphaville<\/strong> di Jean-Luc Godard (Francia). Nella sala dell\u2019Auditorium si tiene la retrospettiva di carattere eterogeneo Cinema e Utopia<\/strong>.
\nNegli intervalli tra un film e l\u2019altro, il cortile del Castello di San Giusto viene inondato di musica elettronica, secondo gli schemi avanguardistici del Gruppo NPS.
\nL\u2019Azienda Autonoma di Soggiorno e Turismo in collaborazione con il Circolo della Cultura e delle Arti di Trieste allestisce, a latere del Festival, la mostra Arte cinetica<\/strong> nella nuova sala espositiva di Palazzo Costanzi. Grazie all\u2019intervento di Gillo Dorfles, a ciascuno dei dodici \u201coperatori\u201d coinvolti – da Getullo Alviani a Enzo Mari, Manfredo Massironi, Bruno Munari – viene commissionata la progettazione di un \u201coggetto\u201d appositamente destinato alla mostra. Sono presenti anche due generatori di immagini stroboscopiche progettati dal neonato gruppo MID di Milano.<\/p>\n

The third edition of the Festival has as its inaugural film Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster by Robert Gaffney, collaborator of Stanley Kubrick; Jean-Luc Godard’s Asteroid Alphaville (France) wins. The heterogeneous retrospective Cinema and Utopia is held in the Auditorium room.
\nIn the intervals between one film and another, the courtyard of the San Giusto Castle is flooded with electronic music, according to the avant-garde schemes of the NPS Group.
\nThe Azienda Autonoma di Soggiorno e Turismo in collaboration with the Circolo della Cultura e delle Arti di Trieste is staging, alongside the Festival, the Kinetic Art exhibition in the new exhibition hall of Palazzo Costanzi. Thanks to the intervention of Gillo Dorfles, each of the twelve “operators” involved – from Getullo Alviani to Enzo Mari, Manfredo Massironi, Bruno Munari – is commissioned to design an “object” specifically intended for the exhibition.
