Il proprietario, Emmanuel, che \u00e8 anche sindaco del villaggio vicino, riceve alcuni amici nella propria cantina per far loro assaggiare del vino. Improvvisamente, all’esterno, si verifica un’esplosione incredibile. Le volte della cantina si riempiono di un calore insopportabile, le botti esplodono, il castellano e i suoi amici, la domestica e il figlio sono scaraventati a terra. Che cosa \u00e8 successo? Quando finalmente la porta della cantina si apre ai sopravvissuti appare il castello ormai in rovina mentre dal cielo sta cadendo una strana pioggia di detriti e particelle. Di colpo l’universo bucolico si \u00e8 trasformato in un paesaggio lunare, pervaso dal silenzio e dalla paura. Qualche uomo, un’anziana e una ragazza, inebetiti, giungono dal villaggio vicino, anch’esso distrutto. Non sanno pi\u00f9 chi siano, n\u00e9 dove si trovino. La grande paura dell’era atomica \u00e8 divenuta realt\u00e0. Un po’ alla volta i sopravvissuti cercano di riorganizzarsi in una piccola comunit\u00e0 ed Emmanuel ne diventa il capo.<\/p>\n

Malevil, a castle in South West France, is situated in the green and sunny countryside. The owner, Emmanuel, who is also mayor of the nearby village brings his friends to his cellar for a wine-tasting. Suddenly outside, there is a huge explosion. The walls of the cellar become unbearably hot, the bottles explode, the castle-owner and his friends, the maid and her son are thrown to the floor. What happened? When the cellar door finally opens, the survivors emerge from the ruined castle while a strange rain of debris and particles falls from the sky. The countryside has turned into a lunar landscape, pervaded by silence and fear. Some men, an old woman and a young girl join them from the village, which has also been destroyed. They no longer know who or where they are. The biggest fear of the atomic age has become a reality. Little by little, the survivors try to reorganise themselves into a small community and Emmanuel becomes the leader.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text el_id=””]<\/p>\n
