Super Mario Bros, the legendary video game of the 1980s, was made into a cinematic adventure during the early nineties. The film sees the two famous Brooklyn plumbers attempt to save an archaeologist, fighting through shards of meteorite, dinosaurs, parallel worlds and tyrants to achieve their goal. The film acknowledges important aspects of the fantasy genre, and this, along with impressive special effects, makes up for the rather extravagant story line. Good fun.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text el_id=””]<\/p>\n
