Summer Eternal made waves last year when we\u2019ve announced a revolutionary new structure \u2013 a studio owned not only by founders and investors but by workers, freelancers and even players. We took the Disco Elysium<\/em>\u00a0quote \u201cevery worker \u2013 member of the board\u201d and took it to the next step \u2013 \u201cevery player \u2013 member of the board\u201d. And now, after one year, this lecture will go through how we\u2019ve set this all up and how things have been working out for us \u2013 lessons learned and steps for the future.<\/p>\n

Un manifesto per un nuovo modello di game development<\/strong><\/p>\n

Summer Eternal<\/em> ha fatto parlare di s\u00e9 lo scorso anno quando abbiamo annunciato una struttura rivoluzionaria: uno studio di sviluppo di propriet\u00e0 non solo di fondatori e investitori, ma anche di lavoratori, freelance e perfino giocatori.
