At the center of\u00a0The Thaumaturge<\/em>\u00a0is Wiktor Szulski, a tragic and multifaceted figure whose fate and psychological makeup are deeply rooted in authentic historical realities. His return to his hometown takes place in the shadow of the 1905 Revolution, growing labor protests, ethnic conflicts, and anti-Semitic tensions that defined the social and political landscape of Warsaw at the time. The lecture explores how video games can responsibly portray characters embedded in real historical processes.<\/p>\n

Il suo ritorno nella citt\u00e0 natale avviene nell\u2019ombra della Rivoluzione del 1905, in un contesto di crescenti proteste operaie, conflitti etnici e tensioni antisemite che definirono il panorama sociale e politico di Varsavia dell\u2019epoca.
