Durante la sua ultima missione in Afghanistan, la pilota della RAF Kate Sinclair viene abbattuta vicino a una roccaforte nemica. Liberati dalle loro capsule dal conflitto a fuoco sotterraneo, i mutanti assediano un piccolo avamposto dell\u2019americano costringendo la sgangherata pattuglia a una lotta all\u2019ultimo sangue. On her final combat mission in Afghanistan, RAF pilot Kate Sinclair is shot down over a main rebel stronghold. Chased by insurgents she finds refuge in an abandoned bunker, where Russians once experimented crossing human organs with alien DNA to create a deadly biological weapon. Set free from their giant test tubes by the underground warfare, the Ravagers invade a local US army outpost where the ragtag squad must fight the mutant monsters to the bitter end.
