Un mondo distopico in cui le persone alte vanno a caccia di quelle basse. Gabriela, 70 anni, è una malata terminale che respira a fatica. Per poter sopravvivere, ordina un nuovo polmone e parte per un viaggio pericoloso, accompagnata da tre cacciatori di taglie fuorilegge.
