Banlieue 13 due anni più tardi. Il governo è cambiato. L’isolamento si è esteso intorno alle aree diventate veri e propri ghetti, dove ormai la criminalità prolifera. Il traffico di droga è diviso tra cinque etnie, ognuna delle quali controlla un quartiere. Damien, esperto di arti marziali, e Leito, profondo conoscitore delle banlieue, si uniscono per combattere il caos imperante nella città.
Patrick Alessandrin (Francia, 1965) nato nel 1965, è un regista, sceneggiatore e attore francese. Ha scritto e diretto tre film fra cui si ricordano Ainsi soient-elles, 15 août, Mauvais esprit. Ha inoltre diretto il film TV L’aventure du Grand Bleu.

District 13, two years later. The government has changed, but nothing else has. Isolation expanded around areas turned into ghettos, where gangs proliferate. Five ethnic neighbourhoods share out the spoils of all kinds of illegal trade. Damien, a martial arts expert, and Leito, who can slip unnoticed into the seediest corners of the district, team up once more to save the district from chaos.
Patrick Alessandrin (Francia, 1965) born on 1965, is a french director, screenwriter and actor. He wrote and directed three movies: Ainsi soient-elles, 15 août, Mauvais esprit. He also dirested the TVmovie L’aventure du Grand Bleu.
