Imagining ourselves in the future to understand who we are in the present. Science fiction, with its inherent ability to look at tomorrow through the eyes of today, thrives on this dual tension between what we are and what we will become. And it is precisely this vertiginous exploration that drives the activities of the Education Program, dedicated as always to an audience at that wonderful age where change is a daily constant. Children, teenagers, and young adults searching for their place in the world, all constantly balancing a present to be lived to the fullest and a future that is still theirs to build.
EP aims to step into this deeply personal search by providing sparks and tools that help people look to tomorrow with greater awareness. Immersive workshops, animation and sound design sessions for children, stargazing and galaxy observations, as well as film screenings for schools and families, alongside a training space dedicated to university students: one of the highlights of this edition will in fact be the Sci-Fi Academy! Created in collaboration with BadTaste and ScreenWorld, the Academy offers students an opportunity for personal and professional growth, giving them a chance to test themselves by creating critical and informative content, as well as curating key aspects of organizing a cultural event. The goal remains the same: look to tomorrow, understand ourselves, and keep searching.
